I have been having extreme dizziness, extra heartbeats, low bp should I be concerned?
I feel very strange today, heavy breathing, unsteady walking, I feel confused, my heart has "extrA beats" no chest pain, arm pain, nauea etc. I feel very out of it. I have low bp (always) and just feel extremely unwell today. This started last night while I was sleeping, it woke me up, felt like room was spinning, went back to bed.; felt fine when I woke up. The last hour it has returned. Shiould I bne concerned? What could this be?

You should own a BP monitor, and take it at home frequently.
What you describe sounds like low BP, but of course there are countless other things it sounds like too, starting with dehydration. We have no idea how active you are, how hot it is there, and how much you drink.
Upon waking could be related to low blood sugar. Just one more suggestion.
'Always had low BP' might or might not mean something long term, especially as you get older. Again, we no nothing about you, so this is a matter for discussion with your doctor.
If you want to fully describe yourself, we can try to make suggestions but it won't in any way substitute for a full exam.
