My 15 year old daughter is feeling lightheaded and dizzy when she stands uo and says everything goes black for a few seconds.. she has von willsbrand disease and she also has antiphilospipid antibody syndrome should I take her to the er

My rule of thumb is if you have to even think about it... you go. I always believe in erring on the side of caution. Which means if I was you, and she was my daughter....I would take her. Let the doctor tell me its nothing to worry about or not after she's examined.

I would say take her to her doctor. The ER is for emergencies. This is a pre-existing condition, and the ER really won't be able to help much.

Make an appointment with her doctor.

Since this was 7 days ago I am hoping she's been treated by now.

I do hope the OP took her daughter to the ER. You can never be too sure with Von Willebrand's Disease.

You should better to know if she's okay or not
