I saw a movie, I think from the 80's? about a cole of girls that share a house/apt. Every time they lave for work, or whtever, they come back to fin he hose messed up. When they leave a group of animated boy siblings come out otf the bedroom and race around on trykes. They have baby sister who gets tossed around but never hurt. The one girl thinks it's her cartoon carachters coming to life, but her friens thinks she's crazy.
