If the Check Engine Light is on, it likely will fail. Your problem is the Cylinder Position Sensor is bad, which is not serviceable. You need to install the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil, located inside the distributor, in a new genuine Honda distributor housing--all other brands are junk.
