Changing 2 prong outlets to 3 prong
I have a old house All the electrical outlets are two prong. Is it dangerous to replace electrical outlets with 3 prong covers and not change the electrical system?

Yes, that would give everyone a false sense the outlets are grounded, it is also illegal by most building codes. You could replace your receptacle with a three prong GFCI which would give it ground fault, 3 prngs but still not really grounded.
