All of the sudden the 2003 honda accord electric windows are not working

Have you looked for a fuse? Check owners manual for location of box and fuses.

Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

Checked all the fuses under the dashboard that related to windows in the description, turns out that two of them were blown out. Don't know the reason, but they were. Replaced with a 20Amp fuse like they were originally and now its working. Thank you for your replies.
