I have sore gums & throat... my teeth hurt and the left side of chin & upper neck area swollen... and then there's the headache... It's too painful to eat or drink much. I have taken Advil & water. It's been about 3 days. Is this some type of allergic reaction or this allergies?

You need to see a doctor. We can't diagnose this online and if it's as bad as you claim, I have to wonder what you're waiting for.
