I was changing the light switches in the bedroom with the breaker off and now it won't reset. Even with the light switches out with no load on the wires the breaker won't reset

Describe what changes you made to the wiring.

What happens when you try to reset it... does it "buzz" in your hand and stay off?
Is the breaker limp?
Have you pushed the breaker COMPLETELY off before trying to reset it?
