When I turn it on it shoes me on a black background a blue message with POWER ON PASSWORD!
What is this? And is is serious? Can I fix it?

Looks like someone set a password in the CMOS settings requiring the correct password before booting. Who else uses your lappy?

    I'm so dumb!
I accidentally set a password! Don't ask how that happened. I don't even know.
    Then suddenly I remembered it.
But you always answer my questions
    I like you

Glad you remembered it. Getting rid of a poweron password if you forget it, can be difficult, especially on a laptop. If you want to get rid of it. Enter your Setup when you first boot. Somewhere in there is a security section where you can change or delete passwords.

Is there a chance I will mess things up when I enter''setup''?

not if you are careful and only change the password part.

If you change anything, before you do, write down the previous value so you can restore it back if needed.
