Okay so I have been trying to find this movie for YEARS.
It has been so long I don't remember too much. And I have asked of multiple sites over the years and no one knows what I am talking about!

All I remember is the actor, somewhat young (maybe mid-late 20's) blond hair and amazing blue eyes, and the actress (also young, mid-late 20's) has blond hair and a slim build.

The one scene I remember is them laying on the floor together listening to the song 'This is it' by Kenny Loggins.

All I can tell you is, I watched this movie before 2007, and it was on TV (To be specific, I lived in the UK and it was on the satelite)
I have come up empty handed with all my searches, I have checked every movie on sites that feature Kenny loggins music but still nothing!
