I had a neddle brake in my lower left arm and you can no longer see it and it's been 4 hours.not in vain but hurts in sharp pain up the arm into shoulder.how can I get it out at home

What kind of a needle? sewing? hypodermic?

I'm guessing, if you can't see it, this means a trip to the ER or at least a doctor visit.

Unless you have a strictly sterile environment and scalpel, you risk gangrene and death. So you have no choice but to go to the ER. While there ask about help with getting into rehab. You asked this under Addictions, so that means you shot up.
