I can only briefly remember small details of this movie as I saw when I was a child. But I do remember it was a romance between a rich/well off guy and a poor-er girl.
The father of the girl worked as the driver for the rich guy's father.
Ending - Turns out the father followed/mimicked the investments of the rich guy' father aka his employer/guy he was driving which made him a wealthy guy allowing his daughter's relationship to work out.

This movie would not have been made in the 2000's.
