I haven't had a period since March 16 2014 and I test negative on three test ? I haven't had a blood test yet!. I'm nervous cause this will be my 1st I feel a changed in my body I get cramps but I don't have a period and I spotted light pink in April 2014.. Help what could it be ? Pregnant ? Are not Pregnant?

Why haven't you had the blood test yet? What time of the day were you taking your HPT's? You may be one of the women who don't test positive on a HPT until after the first trimester... or you might not be having your period for some other reason.

If your periods were normally regular, it is time to visit your doctor to find out why they have stopped. Certainly pregnancy will be one consideration that will be checked for.

Pregnancy testing should be done first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up for best results.
