Is a Divorce null + void
I got a divorce in Calif in 1971. We remained in the home together for a few days and also slept together for a few days. He took me back to Pa but again we slept together on the way home. Does that void the divorce.

No, that does not void the divorce. The only thing that would void the divorce would be marriage.

Good question... if you are still staying together and sleeping together... why did you bother to get divorced. People getting divorced generally want to get away from their former spouse.

Evidently spouses divorce but reconcile afterwards. It happens.

But as indicated previously in this thread, they are no longer husband and wife unless they re-marry. They are "living in sin". :)

No, the divorce is still valid, the divorce would have to be challenged in court to void or over turn the divorce.

If you wish to be married again, you will have to remarry.

If you violated one of the legal requirements for divorce, one of the parties to the divorce could challenge the divorce in court. But it is must easier to just remarry
