    As long as its not stir fried melamine. Probibly best to ask for MSG to be left out if they use it at all.....we do that on principle.

    To be honest, and Fr_chuck can back me up on this, Chinese food in North America is VERY different than food you typically find in China. That is relatively moot all things considered, there isn't really anything that you should avoid within reason. There will be things you will avoid because they will suddenly make you sick but that isn't for a while. Eat what you can, the baby will live off your digested food, IE the stuff that's in the blood stream.
