My review case is in state of Florida. I have given addresses, job addresses, phone numbers and made phone calls about the review. This has been going on for 3 years. My son's father has almost doubled his salary and sees his son maybe 40 days a year and that's pushing it. He brags about how the state can't find him and he will never pay a cent more for his son child support and tells his son that he pays his mom that's how he can play baseball and get new things. When I call the offices they say they are working on it. What do I do?

You just have to wait it out. If he is moving from place to place or is selfemployed then you have a harding time proving income. They have to get it right before it can go before a judge. If he is found to be evading them then they can ask for the order to be retroactive back to when it started. There is nothing for you to do.
