I have to deliver water at 50 ft hight from water pipeline. Right now my water motor is placed at 10 ft from water pipeline, if I reduce this from 10ft to 5ft will it effect flow rate. (while delivery height remain at same as privious),

By :deliver: do ou mean pump up or deeliver by hand? Is "water motor: the pump?

Moving the pump will not affect the flow it. What is it that you wish to accomplish? Back to you, Tom
