Pressing assault, child endangerment, and breaking and entering charges .
Girl harassed me all day I got fed up started mouthing back she ended up at my parents house busted out bedroom window with my twelve year right beside wjndow in bed and started trying to come through to hit me. Called cops she took off and they haven't found her. I was told to write a statement and she be arrested that night but they haven't found her and now I think officer working case is off work for two days. Do I just wait and should my son who is twelve write a statement also since he witnessed everything? She needs to be hospitalized she isn't stable. What do I do now? I want the window replaced and her to realize their re consaquences for our actions. Do I just wait now?officer said she be charged with assault child endangerment and breaking and entering are these felonies? Can she go to mental hospital unstead?

If I were you I would also file for a restraining order against this person. Make sure it is for both yourself and your child to go along with the charges that are being brought.

First, if the police have a report and saw the damage to the window, then you can file a claim with your insurer to repair the damage. In the meantime, I agree with trying to file a restraining order, but unless you can serve her it won't matter.

If they get arrested they can be served. I wouldn't give up so easily.

I didn't mean to give up. I'm just saying that the restraining order does no good until they are served.
