Hello, my name is BobbiJo. I had my tubes tied in July 2010 after having my third child. I am 28 years old and I am 7 days late. I have had times, not many, when I was late but only by 1 day and nothing more than that. My period comes on the same day every month. I had some mild nausea a couple weeks ago and some cramping now and again. I took a test 2 days ago and it was negative. Any ideas? Not sure what it is and I am unable to get into the OBGYN for another few weeks.

Could just be an off cycle which might happen from time to time. Since you can't get to your doctor for a few weeks, all you can do is wait and see if your period shows up late. You could always try a pregnancy test once a week if no period and until you can see the doctor. It would be rare, but pregnancy can occur after a tubal ligation. The odds would depend on how the procedure was done.
