You need to spin off the nut, the trimmerline spool can be removed. You can now wrap your new line onto the spool. Make sure you wrap the new line in the right direction.Shoul have an arrow on the spool body. Then you feed the end of the line through a hole,insatall the spool,and the nut. You should be good to go now.Quote:

Most of the manufacturers want you to have access to manuals and safety equipment. Often a free copy can be sent to you or can be viewed at the co. web sight. Many of these machines will only function properly with a certain type of line. Also usually the stores will sell a already wound replacement.
