My period was late 4 days and when it came it lasted about 3 to 4 days what could it
My period was late 4 days and when it came it lasted about 3 to 4 days what could it be? My periods come every 28 days and last 6 days. But this time it was late and only lasted a few days, any advice what could it be the cause to that?

Sun spots? There is no concrete explination for why your periods might be off. You might be regular as a clock and then one month or another you could be late or early, light or heavy. Wonky periods happen and there is usually little to explain it. Sometimes it can be stress or illness, sometimes drugs can change your cycle. Has there been anything out of the ordinary in the last few months?

Tube Tied, Late Period, End Early and more
I got my tubes tied after my 3rd child. Its been 2 years now. I have had my period every 28 days for 6 days. But this month it was late by 4 days and it was light almost nothing and it lasted 3 to 4 days. I have been feeling a lot of cramps, lower back aches, tones of headaches, tender boobs, nausea, body temp up and down, a lot more tired then usual, some time dizzy/fatigue, and more. What do you think it could be?

That is information that would have been useful. You're not pregnant, that is almost a certainty. This sounds somewhat hormonal. How old are you? Could you be entering into Menopause age? I would go to your doctor to get checked out. Who knows what it could be.
