I have a old John deere. It won't go into neutral. So it can't be pushed. When the wheels are off the ground they turn freely. At first I thought it was the disk brake. I disassemble it. Same problem. With the wheels up I can turn the trans. I see no movement from the belt. I have it hung from a chain lift,
