Symptoms started Friday. Whole body aches, freezing or sweating,when I sneeze it feels like head will explode, when I cough whole abdomen hurts and nose is running nonstop. I've been resting eating and drinking a huge amount of liquids.

Let your doctor diagnose, not over the internet. Sounds like flu but could be something more critical.
