Since your tubes have been tied I am assuming you are planning on IVF. Unfortunately your age is not in your favor. At 43, you would be placed in the high risk category. Because of that, I don't believe a doctor will perform this procedure.

I will have to agree, while of course many women in their 40's are having babies, it is considered a higher risk. You would have to discuss this with your doctor and also look at other health issues
