I don't have periods but maybe every 5-6 monthes. I started taking prenatals on May 2nd. Got a period may 5th-12th. I had unprotected intercourse may 5th, 16th, and 21st. On May 24th I was bleeding (or so I thought). It's dark red/brown. Not like regular period blood. It went on for about an hour then stopped. The night of may 24th I had light pink blood. Only when I wiped. I also had lower back cramps, and hip discomfort. Today may 25th I woke up with no blood. About 1030 I had a little more dark red/brown again. Still having lower back/side cramps and hip discomfort! The cramps are off and on. Not all day long! What could this be?

Since you don't have regular periods, according to you, this very well could be normal for you.

Have you ever talked to a doctor about your irregular periods? Do you know why you're not menstruating regularly, but only every 5-6 months?
