Can somebody help an old lady,I have AOL but can't get signed into it.If I click on the logo it takes me straight to the front page of AOL above it says connected but not signed in.Then the sign in box comes up I put in my name and password but it won't accept them when I have had them a long time,so the only way I can get into AOL is through Firefox. When it accepts my email address and password. HELP

Likely your password has been hacked. I use AOL mail in my business, and change passwords somewhat regularly so that I don't run into that. In case it's more than just your password, running some anti-virus software before changing it might be prudent.

May be someone has changed or hacked your AOL mail password. Try to change your password, if it works fine, then OK otherwise you can talk help or support for AOL mail.
