I sprained my left foot and ankle a few months ago.. It feels like it didn't heal properly and have recently noticed that it has bruised back up again on the top of my foot and I'm wondering why it would do that.

How do you know it was sprained...did you see a doctor? maybe it was fractured. I would see a doctor about this now.

I didn't see a doctor about it.. I have continuous popping in my ankle when it was first injured. I will be making a appointment with the doctor
