Every night, she has the same dream where her boyfriend Billy randomly dumps her during lunch at school, and then after school he is in the bathroom at playpractice making out with someone else. There has been 6 diffirent girls so far..

Does this mean anything?

Well, maybe your friend doesn't trust her boyfriend. Dreams are just dreams, I don't believe they mean anything, but that's just my opinion. Your friend needs to talk to her boyfriend about this, and maybe he can reassure her that he would never cheat on her.
