Ive had Strep since Sunday I also been on Penicillian but I haven't eaten or drank anything till today. I started getting dizzy this morning and my blood pressure was 91/54 but since Ive eaten and drank 2 bottles of Gatorade I feel fine now it is101/61 is this too low

No, 101/61 is okay. You may not feel like eating much when ill, but it is important to take in fluids. As you have seen, becoming dehydrated will effect your blood pressure, often enough to cause symptoms, like the dizziness.
