I've been vomiting with hot flashes followed by cold chills,stiff neck and headache. Can't keep water or food down. Feeling weak. This has been ongoing for 2 days. I've tried rest and fluids in small amounts that I can't hold down. What is wrong?

You expect us to know what is wrong with you? It could be anything from food poisoning all the way up to that you have been bitten by a zombie and are turning! This is the internet...we can't diagnose you online. If I were you, and this has been going on for 2 days, I would get to a doctor.
