My husband leaved the house for almost 1 year and 7 months already and I want to file the abandonment for grounds also if I file separation.. where and what document I will prepared if ever.. we lived in philippines.

Do you still live there? If so you should file for divorce, separation, alimony, &/or child support in that country. If you live somewhere else, you would file in the country where you now reside.

You don't file for abandonment, you file for divorce or separation using abandonment as grounds. I suggest contacting a Family Law attorney, or your local Family Law court.
