Hi there, I have what appears to be a mint condition 1864, first series confederate bond, valued at $1000 with a 6% Annum. All the thirty dollar notes on the bottom are fully intact and have not been cut off. Im trying to sell it, but don't want to over value the piece. Does anyone out there know of its true worth?

I hate to burst your bubble but when the south lost the war, money and bonds lost their face value. Collectors pay for these items, but not much.
