Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It's brain food!

Your weight is proportionate to your height. Sounds like you are actually pretty thin considering how tall you are at your age.

    Hi gingi1147,

Yes, you should eat breakfast... and it's easy to find some simple, healthy things to choose from if you are in a hurry.

The nutrients and energy you get from breakfast can help keep you going throughout the morning. It can help to regulate your blood sugar levels... which can play a role in your mood, how you feel, and even your health. It can help you resist snacking on not so healthy choices. It will help you to concentrate better. Starting the day with a healthy breakfast can even help you maintain your weight.

You should eat breakfast. You are on the thin end of normal for your height and age, so you should not worry about your weight.
