I'm 29 years old,my actual cycle date is 14th and I get my periods on regular basis. This month early around 8th I started observing verily slight kind of blood while wiping with tissue which was very light colour later just one spot each day which continued for 3-4 days ( 4th day was few drops of dark brown blood ) post which I haven't got any spots.today is 18th I haven't got my periods .but symptoms are more like my usual chums time because of which I'm confused. I also tried sesame seed sweets today ( as I take them if I don't get my periods and I have got it regular after that )

I also had constipation during that spotting time and bloating.I did check pregnancy test twice with a gap of 3 days but it showed negative.Am I pregnant ?

You are less than 5 days late. Most HPTs are less than 50% accurate during the first week after a missed period. They increase to over 95% accuracy by the end of the second week. So you need to wait another week at least before you take another test.

I agree with Scott, wait another rweek and try again with another test. Just too soon right now.

Agree, even at 14 days late, the pregnancy test is not 100 percent either.
But you wait a week and test, if no period and still negative. You wait another week and test.

If you get to the next month and no period, and still negative. Time to see your doctor
