Gear shift stuck in park unless u unlock with key put in neutral then start but doesn't shift but in second and third gear?

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Check adjustment of the Automatic Transmission Gear Position Switch--replace, if necesssary.
