All I can remember about the movie is a mad doctor type had a man laying on a table doing things to him then he sawed off the top of the man's head. A girl came in and knew the man was there and asked the mad doctor "Can I help him?" and the doctor said "As long as you don't untie him." The girl found out the man was dead and came back and told the doctor "You took the life of another."
