When my husband died I filed and recorded a beneficiary deed to our home with my daughter and granddaughters as beneficiaries. Now I need to take the granddaughters names off and just leave my daughter's name as beneficiary. How do I do this?

Is the property in a trust of some sort, and are you the trustee? In general, if a prior deed names someone (such as your granddaughter) as a grantee, that person would have to sign the next deed as grantor. On the other hand, if someone else is the sole grantee (and your granddaughter is named only as the beneficiary of the transaction), it may be different. Consult with an attorney in your jurisdiction.
