Broke up with girlfriend and we are currently not in contact. For the first two weeks she sent me texts asking me how I am doing?we have had no contact for 3 weeks now.Not sure what to do.
Well, which is it? You said you had contact and then you said you didn't have contact.
You broke up for specific reasons. Are those things fixed now? You have to give us more to go on.
It means she is being polite doesn't really want to hear from you.

Personally... I wouldn't answer the texts... nothing positive will come of it. It will only keep refresh the pain. Nothing will have changed in three weeks. hell its unlikely to have changed in three years... therefor there is nothing to discuss.
You just said in another post you haven't spoken with her in several weeks, but she texted you and you haven't answered back... which is it, it can't be both?

It means that she is "okay" and apparently not interested in sharing anymore with you. Maybe at some point she will, maybe she won't. You have broken up... haven't had contact in 2 or 3 weeks... leave her alone and focus your energy on moving on.

I agree, it means you can not follow the rules of no contact and for some reason had a desire to contact her.
He appears to be polite but not wanting to talk to you. You go back to no contact and top worrying about what she feels or what she thinks.
No contact means no contact. Your second post asks if no contact works. What do you mean by that? Works in what way? Do you understand what no contact is, and why it's done?
No contact is not a way to get your ex back, it's a way to move on after a break up. It's a way to forget the person you broke up with, and yes, it works.
In your second post you ask if you should be calling or contacting your ex, after asking if no contact works. No contact means NO CONTACT! In other words, no, you shouldn't be calling or contacting your ex, because you're doing NO CONTACT!
You texted her, she replied with a one word answer. Apparently she doesn't understand NO CONTACT either. Her one word answer was her being polite. It means that she doesn't really want to talk to you, otherwise she would have posted more.
Leave her alone. Do NO CONTACT properly, and move on with your life. That's what NO CONTACT is about, to help you, and help her, so you can both move on, and forget about each other.
