I am One week Pregnant but don't want to keep this now. Please advice me medicine or any other way. After That, will I be able to conceive again or not please advice and suggest a medicine which should not be more harmful and I can conceive easily.

How do you know you are only one week pregnant. Tests can't detect a pregnancy that soon.

This is something that you need to talk to your doctor about. They'll advise you on how best to terminated the pregnancy. It could be drugs, or it could be a procedure.

Make sure you and the father discuss this decision thoroughly because there is no going back and the decision could haunt you for the rest of your days.
