No cold water in mobile home
The hot water works fine, however we have no cold water coming from our kitchen, bathroom and washer faucets. We do have hard water in this area and my neighbor has mentioned calcium build up in the pipes. We still have copper piping for the water lines. Because we get a small drizzle from the faucets that have been getting worse over time, we were wondering if blowing the lines would work and how you blow the lines.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

Apparently the cold feed line going to your water heater is still good but the blockage is downstream on the cold line. You will likely need to replace the cold lines. If you want to try to clean out the lines it will be messy and time consuming but you can't just blow them out. You can pump vinegar into the cold line and its nearest point right after it feeds the water heater. We do this pumping to clean tankless water heaters which tend to get a build up after a year or two. I don't hold out much hope for this approach but you could try it. Just be sure no valve could have been accidentally partially closed on the cold line.

Yes, make sure there is no valve that may be partially shut or the gate/wedge has dropped and unable to open.
