First off, he'll need bloodwork and an urinalysis to rule out infection or metabolic causes. If these tests are within normal limits, a vet may offer you a drug to help tighten the sphincter muscle of the bladder. This medication works well and helps with the leaking. Make an appointment!
Most behavior problems that crop up call for a vet appointment and explaining the problem. You can't train a physical problem away.
If the vet doesn't fix the problem, try taking up the water dish about 7 PM and making sure the dog moves around enough to stimulate the body to relieve itself on the last trip out.
If it's not a medical problem, you probably just need to work with his training.
