    No AC but Heat working
My heat will come on but when I turn on the AC or Fan nothing happens. I hear the outdoor unit turning on but nothing comes out. Tried resetting t-stat and turning breakers on and off. Any ideas?

    Thanks

Unless you have a heat pump... they are totally different systems with different hardware except the thermostat. Which do you have? I'm assuming you don't have a heat-pump and your A/C unit has some problem. Without the right tools and the know-how to use them... short of checking for tripped breakers there isn't a lot you can do but call a HVAC repairman.

I live in a condo, the unit inside is a Nordyne GB3BM-024K-A-10B and the outdoor condensing unit is a AeroSys THDC-24T

You still didn't answer the original post. What type of system? Gas heat/electric air or a heat pump?

Meaning you have electric heat in the winter (with the big electric bills)... this system does not function at all when its cold out?

Heat pumps are basically a reversible A/C system which I take it to mean you do not have.

You need to get an HVAC guy out there... there are a number of possibilities... including a Refrigerant leak.
