I take my birth control pill every night at 10 PM. I've never missed.

Today I had to wake up early and was really tired, so I wasn't totally paying attention to what I was doing. I accidentally took my birth control pill for today with my morning medications.

Is that okay? What should I do tonight at 10? Skip taking a pill or take tomorrow's pill? Should I now take the rest of my pack in the morning instead of at 10 PM?

Its fine... you take tomorrows at the regular time.

This is the reason most of the women I've known... take their birth control in the AM with any other medications at breakfast... its a routine before distractions of the day might make them forget.

If you already took today's pill in the morning, then don't take one at 10PM and get back on track tomorrow. I would, however, refrain from intercourse for a day or two.
