For over a year now , especially when I am physically active like running, I can hear myself breathing and talking out of my left ear. As soon as I tilt my head sideways it goes away but comes right back after I come back up .It's not just annoying but it makes me feel off balance and can give me an earache sometimes too? I don't know if this is just normal or if I should get it looked at ?
