I'm going to assume that you are aware of the mechanics of getting pregnant. Many couples take a year or more to conceive. There is no magic formula.

But since its been longer than 6 months, I would consult with your OB/Gyn. You both need to be tested to make sure you both are fertile. You can be advised as to how to track ovulation and, if indicated, you may be prescribed fertility meds.

Are you tracking your ovulation? (not with online charts) but medical testing. Then you know when best to plan sex. Both of you have exams.
