Trying to find song by music video description
The music video featured a fairly successful guy re-finding his brother- the brother had been on the streets when he's found by a woman who calls guy1 to let him know. She gets him fed/smartened up/put in a car home and when he gets there he's handed an envelope containing a picture of the two guys with 'welcome home brother' written on the back. The successful brother turns up and starts hugging him as he cries, clutching the photo at which point their mum comes out the house and he starts running to her.
It was a dance track, from the last year, if that helps any.
