    Judgement question
    I have a judgement against a man and his company,all equipment is in his wife an other family menbers names.Can I attach there name to the judgemet . This is in North Carolina He has also done a quick claim deed on his real property to his wife.

    Did he quit-claim the property to his wife before or after you sued him?

    No, you can't attach their names to the judgment. You would have to move to re-open the case, amend your complaint, serve them with process, etc. While you are doing so, you would sue everyone for fraudulent conveyance of the property.

    Quit claim Before I filed. This guy work every day and has a lot of equipment.I did a writ but he said he owns nothing.

    You need to present proof to the court that he is hiding his assets or, as AK said, reopen the case.

    Agree, you will show that the equipment is being used by him, and the business and is being hiden.
