Hello every one I'm 22 years old I started my period on 04/22/2014 and i stopped on 04/26/2014 and here it is 05/06/2014 and i have a brown blood discharge when I wipe and my BP was 138/77 today could any one tell me what is going on and why?

You have slightly elevated BP but within allowed guidelines, you should keep eye on BP and check it in morning when you awake.

The discharge can be for 100's of reasons, no way to tell, infections, just change in cycle. So many things

Do you have any unusual stress going on? As Fr_Chuck said, the discharge could be due to many, many reasons. Stress was always a big one for me to cause spotting... and the high BP could account for that if that is the case. Try not to worry too much, get plenty of sleep, stay hydrated... if you are still concerned, sometimes you can "Call a Nurse", although they will probably refer you to a Dr. or Urgent Care, just so they are not liable... you know your body best... listen to it and try not to get too worked up.
