Hi. I am 23 and I used to have a lot of problems with severe pain with my period so I was on birth control until a little over a year ago. I have always had fairly regular periods even when not on the pill it's usually 23 days apart but for the last 3 months I've been getting periods every 15-16 days and I have been breaking out a lot. What could be causing this?
