One of my vaginal lips is puffy and swollen at the top by the clitoris and the inside of my vagina has also been itchy. Nothing seems to make it stop. I've come to the conclusion that I also "sleep scratch" it. Just wondering if the puffiness and itchiness are symptoms of a yeast infection and what I can do to get rid of it.

There are many over the counter treatment options. I would go to your doctor and make sure that this is in fact a yeast infection and not a different infection. Best to treat what you have and not guess and treat what you don't. It is cheaper and more effective.
